DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, OTHER CHARGES & INSURANCE: DEPOSITS: Standard Stateroom - $450/person Stateroom with Veranda -$550/person Suites - $650/person
OTHER CHARGES: The above rates are “cruise only” (double occupancy) and do not include airfare, governmental fees & taxes, gratuities and processing fees. The charge for all other fees described above is $285/passenger and will be billed with balance due. Third and fourth persons may occupy a stateroom, subject to approval, at a rate of $800/passenger. If requested the staff of The Jazz Cruise can assist you with airfare, hotel accommodations and transfers.

PAYMENT TERMS and SCHEDULE:
PURCHASES on or BEFORE June 15, 2008:
Final Payment Date: July 15, 2008
Refund Policy (for purchases before June 15)
Reservation canceled Before July 15: 50% of Deposit Forfeited Failure to pay Balance Due on July 15: Deposit Forfeited Cancellation on or After July 15, 2008: 100% of Fare Forfeited
PURCHASES AFTER June 15, 2008: Final Payment Date: 45 days after Purchase Date, but no later than October 15, 2008
Payment Schedule: Guests may work out any reasonable payment schedule with the Reservationist, as long as full payment is received by October 15, 2008. Refund Policy (for purchases after June 15)
Guests are urged to purchase travel insurance as all payments after July 15, 2008 are non-refundable. Cancellations, to be effective, must be in writing and shall be effective as of the date received. A non-refundable $150 cancellation processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Travel/Trip Insurance, which may cover these cancellation charges, is available, but must be purchased within two weeks of the Deposit for pre-existing conditions or anytime before final payments for other causes.
