Jazz Cruises Recommends Arriving in Fort Lauderdale the Day BEFORE Embarkation.
Jazz Cruises highly recommends that guests arrive the day before embarkation in order to alleviate stress from any potential travel delays or issues. Though many of our guests stay that night in the Fort Lauderdale area with friends and family, most secure hotel accommodations.
Selecting a Hotel
With so many different options of hotel properties in the Fort Lauderdale area to choose from, if our guests act soon, they should have opportunities to select a hotel in whatever location or price range they desire. For those unfamiliar with the hotels in the area, Jazz Cruises has compiled a list of potential hotels along with a direct link to each reservation procedure. Hotel Rooms at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina
A very limited number of hotel rooms are available under the Jazz Cruises block at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. The reservation link is included in the list of potential hotels. Please note that the Jazz Cruises block may or may not be the best offer for a hotel room at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and the list of potential hotels includes hotels that are more highly rated and some that are more cost effective. If the Jazz Cruises block is sold out, you may still reserve a room at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, if available, by contacting the hotel.

Ground Transportation to the Pier on Embarkation Day
Regardless of where you stay the night before embarkation, you may elect to purchase Jazz Cruises’ exclusive coach transportation to the pier on Embarkation Day. The coaches will leave from the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina at designated times with the goal of having the guests arrive at the pier no later than 1:00pm.
Your luggage will be loaded onto the motor coach by our team and you will be assisted at the pier by the cruise line porters. No tips or lifting necessary! Coach transportation from the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina to the pier costs $30/person – advanced reservation required by Friday, January 3, 2025. Ground Transportation is limited and on a first come, first served basis. Guests may register for the Hotel to Pier Ground Transportation now by completing the Transportation Form. Once your form is submitted and reviewed by the Jazz Cruises team, the Hotel to Pier Ground Transportation service will be added to your reservation and $30 per person will be charged to the card on file unless otherwise specified. Once complete, a reservation confirmation will be sent to you by email.
You will also receive an email confirmation with further instructions regarding the Hotel to Pier Ground Transportation approximately 15 days prior to the cruise. This email will entail details of shuttle times and check-in location.
Please note: Jazz Cruises’ ground transportation is offered on embarkation day only. If you would like to purchase ground transportation for your disembarkation day from the port to the airport, Celebrity Cruises offers shuttle services that you may purchase once reservation numbers are distributed in the coming months.
